What is ZINGA?
Zinga is a special protective coating system that forms a zinc film. It consists of a high proportion of pure zinc particles and creates an effective barrier against corrosion on steel surfaces.
It provides excellent corrosion resistance; thanks to its high mechanical durability, it resists impact, friction and scratching. Compared with galvanising, it saves time through ease of application and fast drying.
Thanks to the electrochemical protection of zinc, the coating self-heals when damaged, which means continuous protection. It is widely used on bridges, ships and marine applications, power plants and industrial facilities.

ZINGA cold galvanising
A film galvanising system containing 96% pure zinc in the dry film, applied by brush, roller or spray. As an alternative to hot-dip galvanising, it provides both active (cathodic) and passive protection to steel.

ZINGA system coats
ZINGA can be turned into a multi-coat system with compatible intermediate coat and topcoat options; depending on the system design, a protection period of 15 to 30 years is targeted.
